ILLINOIS HITECH ACT GRANT APPLICATION
On Friday, October 16, 2009, the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) submitted an application for federal funding on behalf of the State of Illinois under the Health Information Exchange Cooperative Agreement Program. View Application
Details of the application, and next steps in the HIE planning process, will be discussed at the next HIE Advisory Committee meeting, on November 17, 2009 . Minutes from that meeting, as well as the minutes from all Advisory Committee meetings, will be posted on the Illinois HIE Web site
