California HIE Information Collection Tool
Posted: August 2009
The State of California is requesting providers' guidance (including long-term care) as it establishes operational and governance models for statewide health information exchange (HIE). As a California Stakeholder, your perspective is critical. Please take a moment and inform the HIE planning process by participating in our newly-launched information collection tool. The tool is specifically designed to help us:
Understand your current and planned HIE activities and interests
Understand what role you believe the State should play in supporting HIE exchanges
Identify general considerations the State should incorporate in its HIE planning process
